Sale and Lease Back

This is a growing service that we have successfully provided and arranged in the past. It would suit customers who own aircraft and are looking to keep the aircraft on line but at the same time receive the benefit of a lump-sum sale followed by a mid- to long-term lease of the aircraft. Alternatively, an aircraft might already have been purchased and placed with an operator with a longer-term lease attached, in which case the aircraft is offered for sale with this lease commitment included as part of the transaction.

Ice Air Trading was IAM in the past, and has in conjunction with our affiliated companies, purchased several aircraft with these types of lease attached. We are actively pursuing further opportunities to expand our portfolio in this respect.
